windows vista nor windows 7 have been successfull comparing to windows xp but i guess the reason is that they r aiming mainly at profit rather than customer needs and they r planning on windows 8 and 9 even when windows 7 was at the first stage of development and also they r planning on launching 128 bit so basically many customers have to buy a new one or upgrade there pc so basically many wont buy it except for the rich one
